Customer: ◎ Precision Equipment Manufacturer Purpose of Introduction: ◎ For the expansion of a new line Specifications: - Device for loading automotive spline shafts into a press machine - Device for loading workpieces discharged from the press machine into an inspection machine - Using FANUC multi-axis robots (provided by the customer) Device Dimensions (mm) / W × D × H Approximately 2500mm × 1500mm × 2000mm We have manufactured a device that loads spline shafts (drive shafts) for electric vehicles into a press machine, and subsequently loads the workpieces into an inspection machine. The design was carried out in-house, and production was done by a partner company. Additional specifications are planned for this device as well. We can provide device manufacturing tailored to customer needs in terms of specifications, operability, and functionality. We can handle the entire process from design to installation of the device manufacturing as a one-stop service.
